-Occupancy limits: 8 adults plus 1 for the crib. We are on a septic system and adhere to this limit at all times. Only people on the reservation are allowed on the property. Should you want to have visitors, please ask permission. We will accommodate your request if we can. -Pets: a limit of one pet is allowed. There will be a $50 pet charge per stay. We ask that you are a responsible pet owner and pick up and dispose of all pet waste. Please only use the provided pet bowls for your fur baby during your stay and not anything from the kitchen for this use. -No Smoking: We are very sensitive to ALL smoke and ask that you please NOT SMOKE/ VAPE ANY substances on our property. Violating this rule is grounds for terminating your reservation and applying additional charges. -Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms. -Game room: We want everyone to have a fabulous time. Please do not climb on or leave children unattended while using the pool table or dart board. -Quiet times are from 10 pm to 8 am. We kindly ask that you do not gather outside during these hours. We do live in a very quiet neighborhood and love our neighbors. No pool or outdoor activity past 10 pm. -Please do not discharge any firearms on or near the property. This does include firearms, paint ball, BB guns, air soft guns. -Please no parties or events. -Pool Rules: * Only unbreakable dishes outside. * Please do not touch timers, filters, heaters, or pool mechanical devices, if you experience a problem, please contact us. We are here to help. * Please do not use any of the inside bath towels outside at the pool. This will cause unnecessary staining. We have furnished outside towels for your stay. *Please no pets in the pool. *There is no running, jumping or diving into the pool or in the area. By entering into this agreement, you are required to tell your party the rules. -Local Rules: We live in a high fire area. This area does have 2 rules set forth by our local forest agencies. 1. While you are visiting, we could be under fire restrictions. This means, while you are in our forest or lake area, you are prohibited to have ANY open flames without a shut off valve. 2. Please do not take any glass to the river or lake areas. Pool Use Disclaimer: 1. Although insured, pool is USE AT OWN RISK! Management will NOT be responsible for any accidents regardless of fault. 2. Pool is reserved for guests ONLY. 3. No Children (under 18 years) are allowed to use the pool unless a registered adult guest is present. 4. Absolutely NO FOOD, GLASS CONTAINERS or SMOKING allowed in pool area. 5. No impaired individuals allowed in pool area. 6. No LOUD MUSIC, LOUD NOISE, HORSE PLAY or RUNNING. Voices should be kept at normal conversation level. 7. No urinating in pool. 8. NO LIFEGUARD! No lifeguards are present. Lifesaving equipment is located around the pool. Familiarize yourself prior to swimming. 9. DIVING is prohibited. Liability Disclaimer: This is a split-level home with stairs and a pool. Pools, balconies, and stairs present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. I understand the above pool rules and conditions and realize the pool is a privilege that can be revoked at any time. BY COMPLETEING THIS RESERVATION, I release Piedras Hermosas LLC and the owners from any responsibility / liability including death. As the tenant/renter, I realize I am responsible for my guests, and I will be held liable for their actions. It is my responsibility to have all of my guests read the Pool Rules / Waiver PRIOR to entering the pool.

The entire space is yours. You'll be able to access the house through a lock box and keys.
